Through our commitment, experience, and expertise NW C.A.R.S, Inc. has established more than just a business relationship with our customers that will last a lifetime!
All work is done on a time and materials basis with each operations time tracked via time clock recording. This allows our customers to see what areas of their project have the most time and materials applied to them. It also breaks down the project giving full documentation as to what the project has in to it for rust repairs, bodywork, prep & paint times and so on, both in accumulated time and dollar amounts. File copies, reports and photo-CD supplied for every project, with periodic customer reviews and reports given along with photo documentation throughout the project.
There are a number of decisions to be made during the course of any build or restoration & we do our best to involve the customer as much, or as little, as he or she may wish to be. We also strive to educate our customers along the way so that they can make well informed and educated decisions affecting the outcome of their specific project.
Of course the customer can request reviews and visitations at their own discretion as well as a variety of reports and/or photos besides receiving the normal ongoing progress invoicing which at times is accompanied by reports, descriptive photo-letters and parts lists. There are also a few times during the course of the project that we request the customer review the project with us, (either in person, through an acting agent, or via email, the internet and/or normal postal delivery).
The main goal is to make sure that we stay in tune with the customer and on the same page so as to make their project come out the way that they invisioned and desire.
